About the Free trial

To enable us to build a system for your collection, we need you to send us some of your images with their associated textual descriptions. For the trial, we will accept up to 1000 images. (We recommend a minimum of 300 images to give a useful browsing experience.) Using our proprietary software, we will find the links between the images and produce a base-level ViziQuest semantic browsing system of YOUR collection.

Your trial system will be "live" for 3 months, on our servers. We will provide you with an access key and you can choose whether to keep access entirely private to yourselves or to open up your collection to a wider audience.

At the end of the trial period, you have the option of continuing with the base-level system, commissioning us to build a customised system or simply ending the trial (at which point all data you have provided will be deleted from our servers).

We understand that the images are your property and undertake that we will use them only for the purpose of building your trial system.
